This is an excellent product if you have mild acne and you use it as a cleanser. This will clear your face if you have acne here and there. However, if you have a severe case of acne, we do not recommend this product.

I’ve never had terrible acne, but some spots here and there. My sister always had this in their shower so I would use it when visiting. I noticed after I got home how any spots I had were drying/clearing up. This was over 3 years ago and I’m still using it today! If for some reason I don’t have it and use something different, my skin lets me know it’s not happy! I do have very sensitive skin on my face, and have never had any problems with this product. I use this face wash twice a day. I do not use any other Murad products. I can, with 100% certainty, tell you this product works. The key is to leave it on your face for at least 60 seconds and let it kill all the surface bacteria. It will take a full bottle before you will really begin to notice a decrease in blemishes and the rate in which they occur. This is also the best price I have seen it for. – Amazon Customer
