Fighting The Root Cause Of Acne

Fighting The Root Cause Of Acne

For most people, searching out the best solution for acne is a quest with no end. There is an endless string of “new and improved” items introduced every year, every promising to be easier, better, and faster to apply than whatever you’re using now. Why, it’s so good that its producer is going to pay out millions of dollars in advertising to tell all of you about this. I mean, if it’s on tv, then it must be true…right?

Well, I’m quite sure that those items will do exactly as their makers claim. The problem is, the vast majority of them are not the most effective treatment for acne because they are treating the results of one’s problem, not the main cause!

Acne pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads form because there is an overload occurring within your body. During your teenage years, it’s usually the flaming hormones of teenage years that cause your outbreaks. When acne proceeds into your adult years, the most likely cause is your body’s low tolerance for the chemicals and toxins that are within our daily environment.

In any case, the best solution for acne isn’t just treating the blackheads and pimples that have formed on your pores and skin. These treatments are, at best, only a momentary solution. They may, indeed, clear your skin, nevertheless they do nothing to address the root cause of your problem.

Getting to the main cause of teenage acne is challenging, because your body is creating its own hormone overload. There is really no way to switch off the source of the hormones, but it is possible to avoid even more hormones from getting into your body from your food.

A good example of this is milk and dairy products. That glass of milk that you had with your breakfast this morning contained over 59 different hormones from the cow, and even more hormones from the steroids that were given to the cow to promote milk production. Consuming dairy products while being affected by teenage acne is just throwing fuel on an already raging fire!

And, that is only one example!

Sad to say, it only gets worse for those with adult acne. Your body’s low tolerance for foreign toxins means that you need to keep not only against consuming foods laced with hormones, but find a way to get rid of other toxins from your body, too. And, considering that there are currently over 9000 man-made chemicals in use, you can see why it is very difficult task.

These chemicals are everywhere in your environment. They keep your clothes from forming wrinkles, keep your colors bright, remove body odor, and have thousands of other uses. During this modern day world, there is just no means of avoiding coming into contact with them.

For those that suffer with adult acne, the worst offender (by far!) is processed foods. The chemicals that are used to keep these foods fresh and pretty can play chaos with your internal balance and trigger the formation of acne pimples.

With many of these things in mind, you can see why the best solution for acne must include something more than a simple acne skin treatment. Without addressing the root causes of the disease, you are condemned to suffering outbreaks throughout your life.

I published an acne remedy article on the purehandmadesoap.com website that looks at all of this in a bit more detail. You’ll also know about a solution for acne that addresses both the external and internal facets of the problem by using homemade soap. It is done wonders for me, and I’d wager that it will help you, also. You can even make your own formula by learning natural soap bar and how to make soap.
